Shipping policy

Empire Optics ships to any address in North America. International shipping is currently not offered.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping speed you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

We currently offer free UPS ground shipping for most but not all items over $199. Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

If you require expedited shipping or prefer a different carrier that is not listed, please contact us for a quotation before placing an order.

All items that are in-stock will ship in approximately 1-3 business days. Microscopes are highly configurable and it is not guaranteed that all configurations are in-stock. All items will ship as fast as possible. Many in-stock items can ship the same day if ordered before noon E.S.T
