The New Accu-Scope Excelis HD color microscope camera raises the bar for high-resolution imaging in research and industrial applications. The Excelis HD is the first HDMI microscope camera in its class that can broadcast live images to an HD monitor and a computer through USB 2.0 at the same time. Images can be stored straight to a PC or Mac, or to the 8GB SD card that comes with the camera. It truly is a revolutionary imaging device that opens up new possibility of what is possible with a digital microscope camera.


This Digital USB 2.0 Microscope Camera may be fully controlled without the use of a computer. Simply use the included HDMI cable and connect it to your HD Monitor. Then use the supplied mouse to control the exposure, live image, capture, annotation and measurements directly on the monitor with no computer needed! Additionally, you can choose the traditional method and connect the Accu-Scope Excelis HD microscope camera to your computer with the included USB cable. Each Camera comes Accu-Scopes own CaptaVision Imaging Software to take measurements, annotations, expanded depth of focus, image stitching, and fluorescence analysis. Images can be saved directly to the PC or to a network drive for sharing.


Key Features of the New Version Excelis 600-HD:


  • CALIBRATION: With this new tool, a variety of measuring tools can be utilized to measure line, distance, angle, length, circumference and area to 1/100 microns. These precision measurements can be performed and saved on the HD view!

  • MASK: Use this tool to temporarily cover portions of an image to highlight an area for demonstrating or explaining.

  • RULER: Overlay a ruler with an X and Y scale on the image.
