MORITEX CompaVis LED Shadowless Illumination CV-FR/DR/DSQ Series


The CV-FR Series provides Optimal soft, uniform illumination for shiny surfaces. The CV-DR Series is identical to the FR, except the LEDs are arranged at a shallow angle. This low-angle diffused soft light is perfect for flaw or edge detection on reflective surfaces. All items in the series are available with either JST or M12 end connections.


Primary Applications:



  • BGA solder ball position/shape/area inspection

  • Laser marking reading

  • Wafer/glass substrate scratch/dirt inspection

  • Other edge extraction inspection, etc.
